The Golden Woods Series is a collection of fused glass wall pieces that are made entirely with clear glass and silver, usually with a white frame. Their colors result from layering reactive glass with silver sheet and silver filings (from my silver jewelry making). The glass seems to have a mind of its own, resulting various shades of gold and silver -- unpredictable and serendipitously gorgeous!
The colors in the shimmery gold background look a bit different depending on your vantage point, and the surface has a slight texture of silver. Framed in a maple floating frame, overall dimensions 12" x 18". Ready to hang.
